Timber floor with tiled surface
The Aqua-Dec, being 22mm thick is ideal for most timber floor installations. To fit the Aqua-Dec the floor boards are removed. When the drainage and the pipe work have been installed the Aqua-Dec can then be permanently fixed to the joists. The remaining floor must finish level with the Aqua-Decs edges in preparation for the floor tiles
Concrete floor with tiled surface
On concrete floors the Aqua-Dec can be let into the concrete screed and when the pipe work has been completed it can then be bedded down to sit level with the existing floor which must finish level with the Aqua-Decs edges in preparation for the floor tiles.
Timber floor with vinyl covering
The Aqua-Dec being 22mm thick is ideal for most timber floor situations. To fit the dec the floor boards are removed. When the drainage and the pipe work have been installed the dec can then be permanently fixed to the joists. The remaining floor must finish level with the Aqua-Decs edges in preparation for the slip resistant floor covering.
Concrete floor with vinyl covering
On concrete floors the Aqua-Dec can be let into the concrete screed and when the pipe work has been completed it can then be bedded down to sit level with the existing floor
